Ambrosiana art gallery - Hotel Vittoria Milano
Milan's Pinacoteca Ambrosiana was originally created in 1607 by Federico Borromeo as a Fine Art Academy to train new artists. Many donations have been made to the gallery over the centuries and today it boasts a wide array of artworks.
Among the most prominent are Leonardo's Musico, Caravaggio's Canestra di Frutta, Boticelli's Madonna del Padiglione and Brueghel's Fire and Water.
